I have been looking for a classical studio for quite some time during my travels and came across this one. Came for two group lessons, one focused on mat and the other on the wall unit. Had a wonderful time, the instructor was very professional and taught the class smoothly while speaking both English and Vietnamese! Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to practice classical Pilates!

I had limited time in Hanoi but was very excited to make it to one of Emily's classes. Emily is a great teacher, uses fantastic cues, has fluent english and ultimately was a perfect introduction to classical pilates. The studio is easily accessible, clean and welcoming.
